Texture Scavenger Hunt

Second graders learned about Texture in Art, and that texture is how something feels, or how something looks like it feels. We talked about words that describe different textures (smooth, soft, bumpy, sharp, etc), and then went on a scavenger hunt to do crayon rubbings of different textures we found outside. The students really enjoyed it!
